Production Planning

It enables advance production planning to meet the delivery schedules.

Machine Maintenance


Machine maintenance Slip

A record generated for inter-departmental communication of information regarding any machine maintenance. The ERP system sends notification to the concerned person marked in slip whenever the slip is raised or closed. It calculates the machine maintenance time and the same is also linked with production monitoring.

Machine Breakdown Record

It records all the breakdown and breakdown time, based on the inputs from machine maintenance slip.

Machine History Card

It maintains machine wise record for all types of maintenance done on each machine along with spares consumption details.

Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) & Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)

The ERP auto calculates Mean time to repair and mean time between failures. These can be plotted graphically to easily identify areas of improvement.

The breakdown data can be converted into graphs and Pareto. This helps to identify top breakdown or frequent breakdowns.

Tool Maintenance


Tool maintenance slip

Tool History Card

It maintains tool wise record for all types of maintenance done on each tool along with spares consumption details. It calculates total tool Production Quantity to monitor tool life and cumulative production quantity that reset after preventive maintenance.

Tool Life & Preventive Maintenance Alert

Alert notifications are sent before the tool life completes or before the tool produces quantity that is specified for preventive maintenance.

Tool Breakdown Graph and Pareto

The breakdown data can be converted into graphs and Pareto. This helps to identify top breakdown or frequent breakdowns
